Adam B. Futrell of Paducah represents the First Supreme Court District on the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights. He is an attorney practicing in the areas of civil rights, employment, personal injury, and business litigation. Commissioner Futrell was appointed to the Commission in October, 2018.
