Hall of Fame

​Any adult may nominate someone for the Hall of Fame. Nominees are men and women who have made significant contributions to Kentucky’s progress in the areas of civil and human rights.  The candidates may be either living or deceased, and their contributions may cover a wide range of issues and eras. They may represent the Civil War period, for example, or activists of today. Their fights against discrimination may be in the areas of race, sex, religion, disability, age and economic status or other human rights arenas.​​

Nominations are accepted February 14, 2024 - May 3, 2024.

How to Submit a Nomination

You can choose from two methods when submitting your Hall of Fame nomination. ​

  1. Submit your nomination online by clicking the button below.
  2. You can download the 2024​​ Kentucky Civil Rights Hall of Fame Nomination Form​​​​​​​ and mail your information to us.
