Vincent K. Cummins of Louisville, Ky., represents the Fourth Supreme Court District on the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights Board of Commissioners. He is also a certified Hearing Officer. He is a retired UPS Corporate Transportation/Airline Manager with 35 years of experience in the Transportation Industry.
After his retirement from UPS, Vincent was with Kentucky State Government in the Education Cabinet (coordinating with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services) where he was the Executive Director responsible for Workforce Infrastructure and Logistics.
Vincent has been married to his wife Donna, for 37 years and has 3 children and 4 grandchildren. He is also on the board for Children's Hospital Foundation and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity.
