Rev. Alfred F. Horrigan: Advocate for civil rights since the 1960s. Pushed for the Louisville 1963 public accommodations and 1968 open-housing ordinances. Co-chairman of the Task Force on Peaceful Desegregation, which helped integrate public schools in Jefferson County.
